Pen Sharing Has Arrived in the U.S.
We’re launching the US-based fountain pen rental service at the San Francisco International Pen show August 25-27. Now Americans can easily become part of this vibrant, fountain pen loving and sharing community. Pen sharing is a fun new way for fountain pen novices and enthusiasts alike to discover and try new-to-them fountain pens by renting a pen from one of our US-based members who would like to share their collection with you.
Pen sharing has been superbly successful in the UK and now it’s crossing the pond and making pen rentals available to US-only members. It’s fun. It’s new. And it’s a super way to enjoy fountain pens whether you want to dabble or deep dive into this hobby.
The cost to rent each pen is only slightly more than round trip postage and insurance rates charged by USPS. We require delivery signatures only for first time pen hires to verify addresses.
Come Join in the Fun. Each pen hired is accompanied by a personal note from the owner and a return postage label. If you request it, we can send an ink sample too.
