Montblanc Starwalker. Precious resin, gold nib (rhodium plated) laying down a smooth, medium/fine wet line with just a whisper of feedback. I have been a Montblanc fan from student days, but held back before buying the Starwalker. Stephen Brown - who I normally agree with - is rather dismissive of the pen in his You Tube review, finding it lightweight and lacking in the expected Montblanc luxe factor. I am bound to say I disagree and have been delighted to add this pen to my collection. So far as weight is concerned, it weighs in at a far from shabby 24.53 grams, (compared to 30 grams for the Meisterstuck 146) and as for glamour, it has this in spades once you see the pen 'in the flesh'. But don't take my word for it; try it yourself.
