Kara Nuri is one of the techniques under Tsugaru. The model is Shamshir with Kara Nuri techniques. 'Holi' in India is known as festival of colours and this particular technique does justice to the pen beautifully. These pens are for orders where in customers had given freedom to explore around colours.
