Platinum #3776 Century Bourgogne special edition fountain pen with stunning translucent wine red barrel and 'Slip and Seal' airtight cap which uses an inner plastic seal with a strong spring. The primary benefit of this system is improved storage ability - the ink will not dry out even if left for over a year. An added benefit is improved resistance to leaks due to pressure changes.
Model no. PNB-15000. AS resin barrel with rhodium-plated trim. 14kt gold nib, rhodium-plated. '#3776' logo is engraved on the cap ring.
The nib of the #3776 is a beautiful piece of work - made in-house at Platinum, and hand-tested at the factory. This nib and feed is the same as that used in the legendary Nakaya Urushi pens.
