This was a more premium styling of the Sailor Pro Gear. Comes with a bi-color 21k nib and a funky anchor clip. It's slightly longer than the standard Pro Gear.
For a while, this was supposed to be the successor to the Pro Gear. But then Sailor discovered it could sell people the same pen multiple times in different colors and went that route instead, and the Pro Gear II was quietly discontinued.
This pen is my favorite Pro Gear. It's both classic and fun.
