Ha L

Growing up in Vietnam, I was made to use fountain pens in school from first grade. For many years, they were just a tool. I'd buy a new pen at the beginning of the school year, then somehow break it or lose it by the end of the year. Imagine my happiness when I moved to the US and could just use a ballpoint and didn't have permanently ink-stained hands.

I rediscovered fountain pens midway through university, after typing a thousand pages of math proofs in LaTeX. And wow, I had been missing out! I've been writing with fountain pens and collecting them ever since. I am nib obsessed and have a (sorta) library of Japanese pens. I will slowly try to get them listed. In the mean time, if you're after something peculiar (e.g. a 23k Sailor nib, a vintage Pilot Script nib) that isn't listed, please send me a message. I might have it.

Apologies for the dodgy photos. I'll redo them when the sun comes out.
