Other than being mostly black, my collection is rather varied. I don’t often go out in search of a particular pen, but sometimes see a pen and know I need to have it.

Nib-wise anything from EF to BB, but I do enjoy anything slightly non-standard; oblique, music, flex etc.

Ink-wise pretty much anything with good shading, particularly chromatic, I favour burgundy and royal blue. I’ve never found a shimmer that doesn’t immediately clog my pens.

Paper-wise, anything that will show shading to its full potential. Rhodia no. 16 is my current go-to.
