Fairly recent return to using fountain pens after a trip to Japan, always been into stationary and gel pens / planners / journals but decided to commemorate my visit with a visit to Itoya in Ginza, I was like a child in a candy store.... asked to try a beginner pen on the fountain pen floor, walked out with both a Pilot Kakuno and a Gold nibbed 742, together with 3-4 bottles of Sailor ink. That was just over a year ago, now up to over 50 pens and three times that of inks (samples / small & large bottle mix).
Trying to concentrate on quality and not quantity now so testing out higher end pens to target purchasing.
